Shipping policy

Bespoke Bottle Co is a Sydney, Australia based business that dispatches directly from the warehouse. All orders will be processed within 1-5 business days unless otherwise communicated to the client. 

We offer Australia-wide shipping. We ship our custom wedding favour bottles internationally to certain markets: USA, Canada, and New Zealand. Please reach out to us for a custom shipping quote. All international market shipping costs are available at checkout, and vary depending on the shipping location. Shipping costs are a hard cost and non-discountable. 

Shipping is a flat $10 Australia-wide for all orders under $100. All orders over $100 will enjoy free Australia-wide shipping. 

Delivery time within Australia is approximately 2-12 business days after your order has been processed from our warehouse. Shipping timeframes will vary, but estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • East Coast Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane), Adelaide Metro: 1-3 business days
  • WA, NT, TAS, and Rural/Regional areas: Up to 12 business days 

International shipping time can take up to 20 business days, accounting for customs checks. PLEASE NOTE THAT BESPOKE BOTTLE CO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ARRIVAL DUTIES, TARIFFS OR TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, THESE ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECEIVER. 

Bespoke Bottle Co uses trusted shipping partners, including but not limited to UPS, Couriers Please, Aramex, Team Global Express, and Australia Post. Bespoke Bottle Co will always endeavour to ensure your items reach you for your special event or party, but please ensure you allow enough time for the items to reach you. During busy periods, all courier timeframes and cut-offs will be communicated on the website.

Orders are not fulfilled or delivered on public holidays or weekends. In the instance that Bespoke Bottle Co will be taking a short break, any shipping delays will be communicated on the website. 

All orders will be shipped with an "authority to leave in a safe place." If you do not wish for your order to be sent with an authority to leave, please contact us immediately after purchase. 

Bespoke Bottle Co will provide tracking information on all orders. Please refer to the tracking for all delivery date estimates. Once the order has been dispatched, Bespoke Bottle Co cannot speed up the delivery time estimate of the delivery partner.
