 Do you offer refunds?

Yes we do, provided that your order is unused and within 30 days of purchase. Contact us on info@bespokebottleco.com or check out our Refunds and Exchanges Policy to find out more.

Do you supply spirits for your favour bottles?

No. Bespoke Bottle Co does not supply any spirits. We do partner with an Australian distiller, Nubilum Distillery, that can provide you with spirits should you need. 

My order was damaged in transit - what can I do?

Please contact us immediately with photos to arrange a solution: either an exchange or refund. Please note that as per our Refund Policy, we do not cover the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend paying for insurance on any items sent back to us. 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use trusted shipping partners, such as Couriers Please, Aramex, Australia Post and Team Global Express. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for a more detailed overview. 

Will I get a tracking number?

All orders will be provided with a tracking number once dispatched. 

Are your items gluten free and dairy free?

Please refer to each product for a list of ingredients. 

Do you ship internationally? 

No, not at this stage.

When should I order my favours?

We recommend 3-4 months prior to your event. Please get in contact with us to discuss timeframes if your event is less than 6 weeks away.
