Refund, Return and Exchange Policy
Bespoke Bottle Co offers a refund or exchange provided that you have purchased your goods within 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or order number.
Any item not in its original condition is not eligible for refund or exchange.
If your item has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@bespokebottleco.com with photos of the damage to organise a refund or exchange. All damaged items must be returned to Bespoke Bottle Co unused to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping your item back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you request an exchange, the cost of return shipping of the exchanged product will be charged to your original payment method.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in its original condition.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Bespoke Bottle Co is not responsible for delays due to bank processing times.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds can take time to process. Check with either your bank or credit card company to determine whether the delay is on their side. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bespokebottleco.com
Exchanges
We accept exchanges provided that they are within the 30 days of purchase. To organise an exchange please email iinfo@bespokebottleco.com. We aim to process your exchanged item within 2 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you request an exchange, the cost of return shipping of the exchanged product will be charged to your original payment method.
Delivery times for your returned item will depend on your location.
When returning an item to us, for either an exchange or refund, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not refund any items that are lost in transit. We are not responsible for chasing up the shipping carrier in this instance.
