Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SHARING OF IMAGES & VIDEO FOOTAGE
Bespoke Bottle Co reserves the right to use images or video footage of all designed stationery, props used for the events and other items we produce for you for marketing purposes. This includes use on social media, all advertising (print, online and elsewhere).
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Bespoke Bottle Co holds and retains, at all times, complete ownership and intellectual property rights of stationery, designs or materials produced, whether complete or incomplete.
CUSTOM ORDERS & PRODUCTION TIME
Order processing and production time will vary for each individual order. Please allow between 4-8 weeks for custom favour orders.
We offer Australia-wide shipping.
Bespoke Bottle Co uses third party providers to deliver orders and has absolutely no control of the time or schedule of deliveries. Delivery time within Australia is approximately 1-5 working days depending on your location. International orders timeframes vary depending on their location. Due to Covid-19, delivery times will vary depending on the courier company. We kindly ask for patience during busy periods.
Bespoke Bottle Co will provide tracking information to all client orders being posted out. Bespoke Bottle Co will not be held responsible for any postage delays or delivery schedules from third party providers. It is up to the client receiving the order to follow up the courier provider on any transit updates. Bespoke Bottle Co does not offer any refunds on orders delivered late by a third party. Please allow for ample time before your event and time for delivery before you place your order.
URGENT ORDERS
If you need your order urgently, please keep in mind we have a rush order fee and this will depend on size of job and date required.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Bespoke Bottle Co is unable to offer refunds on custom favour orders once production has commenced.
Bespoke Bottle Co does not take any responsibility for lost or damaged items. We take extensive care in making sure that all our packages are securely packed and inspected before being sent. If your items arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of you receiving the item. We will need your order number, and some photographs and a description of the damage to the item. We will refuse a damaged return if you haven’t sent us an email notification and appropriate corresponding photographs within the specified time period after receiving your order.
If your order is deemed as having been damaged in transit, and we deem that it was the couriers fault, we will offer you a replacement of the same item. This item will be shipped within 24 hours of us receiving notification that your item has been damaged. If you no longer want the item we will issue a store credit or a refund. To receive a refund on an item you will need to return the item in an unused condition, as you received it. Please take care in packaging the item to avoid further damage, and please send registered or tracked post. Once we have received the item and deemed it faulty/or damaged in transit we will refund you the purchase price less delivery.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees for refunds. We reserve the right to refuse returns if they don’t meet the conditions above.
